Float Times
If used indoors, we guarantee the following float times:
11-inch latex balloons treated with Hi-Float: 2 days
11-inch latex balloons not treated with Hi-Float: 16 hours
16-inch latex balloons treated with Hi-Float: 2 days
16-inch latex balloons not treated with Hi-Float: 30 hours
Mylar balloons: 2 days
Our balloons are guaranteed to float for 2 days if used indoors. Depending on the weather, they may or may not be OK if used outdoors. We are unable to offer product guarantees if the balloons are used outdoors.
SHRINKING AND OXIDATION
Latex balloons, like those in this bouquet, will begin to slowly reduce in size with each passing day. They will also oxidize, a natural process which converts the original glossy finish to a satin-like finish.
Submitting an order indicates acceptance of the following cancellation policy.
1. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE DEADLINES
For purchases under $ 200.00
- The deadline to modify or cancel an order is 10:00 EST, 48 hour prior to delivery.
- Requests received after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% to 100% of the order value.
For purchases over $ 200.00
- The deadline to modify or cancel an order is 10:00 EST, 5 days prior to delivery.
- Requests received after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% to 100% of the order value.
2. HOW TO CANCEL AND CHANGE
- Please send your request by email to info@thepartyplacemd.com and leave a message at (240) 654-4036.
- Please consider your order cancelled or changed ONLY when you have received a confirmation email.
3. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
- When inclement weather is forecasted, a manager will contact the customer at least one day prior to delivery to confirm, postpone, or cancel/refund the order.
- The Party Place does not guarantee requests by the customer for SAME DAY cancellations and/or changes due to inclement weather,
- If The Party Place is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel/refund the order.
