Submitting an order indicates acceptance of the following cancellation policy.

1. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE DEADLINES

For purchases under $ 200.00

• The deadline to modify or cancel an order is 10:00 EST, 48 hour prior to delivery.
• Requests received after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% to 100% of the order value.

For purchases over $ 200.00

• The deadline to modify or cancel an order is 10:00 EST, 5 days prior to delivery.
• Requests received after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% to 100% of the order value.

2. HOW TO CANCEL AND CHANGE

• Please send your request by email to info@thepartyplacemd.com and leave a message at (240) 654-4036.
• Please consider your order cancelled or changed ONLY when you have received a confirmation email.

3. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

• When inclement weather is forecasted, a manager will contact the customer at least one day prior to delivery to confirm, postpone, or cancel/refund the order.
• The Party Place does not guarantee requests by the customer for SAME DAY cancellations and/or changes due to inclement weather,
• If The Party Place is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel/refund the order.
